Psoriasis – In recent years, we have conducted multiple studies on forms of psoriasis and treatments, including vitamin therapy, corticosteroids, biologics such as those also used for rheumatoid arthritis, photo/light therapy, methotrexate, and the immunosuppressant cyclosporine.
We also have studied the use of corticosteroids and other products for a variety of other skin conditions, as noted in the chart. For 15+ years, we studied melanoma as part of our CSF studies as well.
Our study on actinic keratoses resulted in a major article in the Journal of Dermatological Treatment in 2006, co-written with Dr. S.R. Feldman, a leading researcher from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. (See abstract link.)
